We thoroughly enjoyed our standard single room; it was tidy and stylish. the bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable. the location was fantastic, right next to the Ahrensburg station. the hotel exceeded all expectations, and we would definitely stay here again.

No complaints whatsoever, the venue met requirements, recommend it. Came here for 2 days, the hotel was wonderful, it had handy location near direct trains to the center of Hamburg, the center of Hamburg and public transport. The staff were helpful at all times.

Had a perfect stay here, couldn't ask for more. the breakfast was absolutely amazing with a wide range of delicious options. the rooms are modern, stylish, and the beds are super comfy. the staff goes above and beyond, always there to assist and provide helpful tips. 😊.

Very friendly and helpful staff + an excellent buffet breakfast. The next door pub-type resturant was also good and reasonably priced.

I traveled with my grandchildren and daughter inlaw,and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much, a great stop for a rest after a very long flight and a great start to our very wonderful visit to my homeland!The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and very helpful............We Liked the best........ The very Friendly and helpful Staff , and the short distance to the U-Bahn.

Late check-in wasn't entertained in the hotel. Despite the fact that I informed them through Booked.net, they claimed they didn't receive that information.

The venue was perfectly clean. the staff were amiable and attentive. the location was practical and quiet, in the outskirts of Hamburg, convenient to go everywhere.

Welcome was excellent and Reception was very helpful on indications on how to find them in the town. Very nice and cleam room.

The hotel was very near the turnoff from the motorway but you could not hear any of the traffic and the surrounding area was very peaceful. The family rooms we booked were comfortable and spacious and we all had a very good night sleep. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good.

Our room was facing towards the railway station and you could hear the trains up until about 11pm and from 6am onwards.

Stayed for 4 nights with my daughter and had a flawless stay, the beautifully decorated standard king room with comfy beds booked online was great.

A room is very clean and staffs are so kind.
